Yes. A visa service can prepare and submit your Thai tourist visa application for you, and we do this for the single-entry (SETV) and multiple-entry (METV) tourist visas. You pay two separate amounts: our service fee of 3,000 THB by bank transfer (3,090 THB by card), and a government fee set by the Royal Thai embassy you apply through.

You can also apply yourself. At the Singapore embassy, for example, the application is made online through the official Thai e-Visa system [1].

What you pay: two separate figures

1. Our service fee. 3,000 THB by bank transfer or 3,090 THB by card. This is our fee for preparing and filing your application. It is not a government charge.

2. The government fee. This is paid for the visa itself and depends on the embassy. It is a separate figure and is not part of our service fee. Two examples:

EmbassySETV government feeMETV government feeSETV bank balanceMETV bank balance
SingaporeSGD 50 (about 1,500 THB) [1]SGD 250 (about 6,500 THB) [1]SGD 800 over the past 3 months [1]SGD 8,000 over 6 months, plus an employment verification letter [1]
LondonGBP 30 (about 1,500 THB) [2]GBP 150 (about 6,500 THB) [2]20,000 THB equivalentGBP 5,000 over 6 months [4]

Embassy fees at Singapore are non-refundable [1] and, at London, payable in pounds sterling [2]. Other embassies set different amounts, and your embassy may be different. Use find-my-visa to see yours before you pay anyone.

Your total is both figures added together, for example (Singapore SETV, bank transfer): 3,000 THB service fee + about 1,500 THB government fee.

Frequently asked questions

Can anyone help me get a Thai tourist visa online?
Yes. You can apply yourself where your embassy accepts online applications through the Thai e-Visa system, or use a visa service to prepare and file it. We prepare and file SETV and METV applications for 3,000 THB (bank transfer) or 3,090 THB (card), plus the embassy's government fee.
How much does a Thai tourist visa cost?
Two figures: our service fee (3,000 THB by bank transfer, 3,090 THB by card) and the government fee your embassy charges. At the Royal Thai Embassy in London, for example, the government fee is GBP 30 for the SETV and GBP 150 for the METV [2]; at Singapore it is SGD 50 and SGD 250 [1].
Is the 3,000 THB the full cost of the visa?
No. It is only our service fee. The government fee is separate and depends on the embassy.
How long is a Thai tourist visa valid, and how long can I stay?
A single-entry tourist visa is valid for 3 months from issue, and a multiple-entry tourist visa for 6 months. The permitted stay is up to 60 days from arrival, or up to 60 days for each entry on the METV [2][3].
How much money do I need in my bank account?
It depends on the embassy. Singapore asks for SGD 800 for the SETV and SGD 8,000 for the METV [1]; London asks for a GBP 5,000 balance held for 6 months for the METV [4]. Check your embassy's requirements on Issa Compass.
Does a visa service guarantee a tourist visa?
No. Only the Thai government decides on a visa.
What is the difference between the SETV and METV?
The SETV is a single-entry tourist visa and the METV is a multiple-entry tourist visa [1]. The METV is valid for longer, and its government fee and financial proof are often higher.
