Internship
Build a world without borders.
We're one of Thailand's fastest-growing startups, looking for students who don't believe in limits. Real ownership from day one.
We're actively recruiting interns right now
Four teams are building something real right now, and every one of them could use you. Here's where you might fit in.
Don't see your thing? If you're genuinely talented, we'll invent a role for you.
Our mission
The infrastructure for a free world
The way people move across borders is fundamentally broken. Not because the problem is hard, but because no one has built the right system to solve it.
Issa is that system. We are the digital infrastructure for immigration in APAC, built for expats, remote workers, and the employers who hire them. Answer a few questions, see exactly what you qualify for, and let Issa handle the rest. Documents, forms, filing, and follow up become a deterministic process that runs at software scale. No agencies. No paperwork trails. No sidequests to local offices. No surprise fees.
Come build the infrastructure that moves the world.
Our Values
At Issa, we're rebels against a broken system, building the kinder world we want to live in. Three things hold us together.
Grow into our best selves
Every week we push to be stronger, smarter, and kinder than the week before.
Loving and supportive
We're chosen for heart. We show up for each other and build a place that feels like home.
Us against the world
We're taking on a broken system nobody has beaten. Together, we're unstoppable.
Why Issa
Issa was founded to solve one huge problem over the next 20 years: making borders disappear, so anyone can move, work, and live freely.
You'll work shoulder to shoulder with leaders who have advised Fortune 500 CEOs, on products that change real people's lives every week.
We're just starting in Bangkok, with Bali, Tokyo, and Sydney next.
Built by a team with global experience
Designers. Engineers. Lawyers. A dream team from 13+ nationalities, united by our mission to create a free world for everyone.

Testimonial from Krittapas Apinankul
Chulalongkorn University, Class of 2027
If you're looking for real work, building on production, interacting with real users, work closely with highly talented people, and seeing how a company actually grows. This is the place.
I've learned more in the last two months here than I would have anywhere else.

Welcome to startup life: work hard, play hard. Blink, and you'll have three new responsibilities and five new skills. Every day moves fast, there's always something new to learn, and you'll be surprised by how much you grow in just a week.

Two weeks in, and I'm already loving it! The team is small, but that just means every idea gets heard and everyone's genuinely invested in getting it right. I've learned so much. Excited to keep growing with the team as Issa reaches new heights.

Love the people and vibe here. We push each other out of our comfort zones while keeping it fun and real. I've picked up product design way faster and more hands-on than I expected, and seeing my creativity hit real products makes the work matter.
