When you last entered Thailand, and the last time you filed a 90-day report. If you haven't filed since that entry, say so — we'll use your entry date.
From 15 days before your due date through a 7-day grace period after (day 75 to day 97 of the cycle).
About $30 at an immigration office, or $60 at the airport on departure. If we file for you after the grace period, there's an extra $29 late fee on top of our service fee.
