Thailand Privilege Visa (Elite)
Last verified September 2026
Stay in Thailand without proving income or savings.
Thailand Privilege is a membership program, not a savings visa. You buy a tier, TPC runs a background check, then a Privilege Entry visa is affixed. Issa Compass submits as a registered Individual Sales Agent.

What does Thailand Privilege cost, and how long does it last?
Fees below are the published TPC membership prices, VAT included. They are paid to Thailand Privilege, not to Issa. Issa charges a separate service fee, shown in the app before you commit. TPC can change packages, points, and conditions.
| Tier | Duration | Membership fee | Extra family member |
|---|---|---|---|
| Bronze | 5 years | 650,000 THB | Not available |
| Gold | 5 years | 900,000 THB | Not available |
| Platinum | 10 years | 1,500,000 THB | 1,000,000 THB |
| Diamond | 15 years | 2,500,000 THB | 1,500,000 THB |
| Reserve | 20+ years, invitation only | 5,000,000 THB | 2,500,000 THB |
Bronze has been offered as a limited-time package. Confirm whether it is still open before you choose a tier. An application fee of 50,000 THB including VAT may be collected with the file and deducted from the membership fee after approval.
Who it fits
Is Thailand Privilege the right visa, or should you look at LTR or retirement?
Privilege is optional. It suits people who want VIP entry and immigration concierge without assembling a savings or pension file. It is a tourist-class Privilege Entry visa. It does not let you apply for a work permit.
inherited wealth, lifestyle residents, and anyone who prefers a membership fee over income or bank-balance proof
the PE visa is categorised as a tourist visa and does not authorise employment in Thailand
holders of Non-B, Non-O, Non-ED, or medical visas usually must cancel that status before affixation
retirees who already meet Non-O or LTR Wealthy Pensioner rules may not need a membership product
Documents
What documents does a Thailand Privilege application need?
Issa collects personal information only for Privilege files. TPC then runs its own background check, which Issa cannot speed up. Standard processing is about 4 weeks. TPC designates some nationalities as special consideration, closer to 12 weeks.
biodata page, validity over 1 year, 3 or more blank pages for visa affixation
all Thailand stamps and visas in the passport
passport-style, white or blue background, 1 or 2 inches
signed TPC application for your tier, plus a signed PDPA form (soft-copy scans accepted)
copy of your current visa, arrival stamp, or permit of stay if you are already in Thailand
school licence, registration, student certification, and TPC's Education Visa Holder Acknowledgement Form if your passport shows a Non-ED entry
Visa affixation
Where is the Privilege Entry visa stamped?
After TPC activates your membership and sends a Welcome Letter and Membership ID, you book affixation through the Member Contact Center. The appointment cannot be moved once confirmed. Pick the route that matches your travel plans before you book.
| Route | Where | Lead time |
|---|---|---|
| In Thailand | Chaeng Wattana Immigration Office, Bangkok. Tourist visa, visa on arrival, or 30-day exemption. TM.30 is compulsory. | 5 working days |
| On arrival | Suvarnabhumi, Phuket, or Chiang Mai on a direct international flight. Changing the Suvarnabhumi flight after booking means the officer cannot issue the visa. | 5 working days (Suvarnabhumi) |
| Overseas embassy | Royal Thai Embassy or Consulate after MCC books it. Chinese, Bangladeshi, Nepalese, and Sri Lankan passports affixing outside the home country need permanent residence or a long-term visa with work permit valid more than 1 year in that country. | About 15 working days |
The Issa process
How does Issa Compass handle a Thailand Privilege file?
Issa Compass submits through the TPC agent portal, checks documents before they go in, and sets expectations on TPC's background-check timeline. The Issa money-back guarantee covers the Issa service fee on a pre-qualified file that immigration does not approve. TPC membership fees and government charges are never refunded by Issa.
Issa checks passport validity, photos, forms, and Non-ED extras before the portal submission
applications go through the official Thailand Privilege agent portal, not a government lookalike site
TPC due diligence is about 4 weeks, or about 12 weeks for special-consideration countries. Issa cannot expedite that check
we confirm Chaeng Wattana, airport, or embassy before you cancel another visa
Issa service fee refunded if a pre-qualified application is not approved. Membership fees stay with TPC
Issa Compass is a private software platform and a registered Individual Sales Agent of Thailand Privilege Card Co., Ltd. We are not Thai Immigration, the Tourism Authority of Thailand, or TPC itself. You can apply directly with Thailand Privilege at thailandprivilege.co.th without using Issa.
