No, Issa Compass does not guarantee visa approval, because only the government that issues the visa can decide. Instead, Issa offers a money-back guarantee: if Issa Compass files a pre-qualified Full Service application for you and it is not approved, Issa refunds its service fee. Government and embassy fees are never refundable. If applicable, course fee refunds follow partner policies. Terms apply.

Every visa is a little different. Requirements depend on your visa type, your situation and the embassy handling your application. While we prepare your application, our team checks every document and may ask for something extra or a clearer copy. After submission, the embassy may also request more documents. When that happens, we work out exactly what they need and check what you have already sent, so you are never asked for the same thing twice.
